This option includes cover for recovery of your vehicle to a suitable repairer, alternative means of transport to your destination, emergency hotel accommodation where necessary, up to 48 hours hire car if your vehicle cannot be repaired within the agreed timescales. Terms & conditions apply.
We also offer an uninsured loss recovery service.
This means that, with this option, we will pursue claims for ALL your losses - if an accident was not your fault we will seek to recover your excess, compensation for loss of use, arrange a solicitor if you were injured etc.
Provided your call is received within 48 working hours following an immobilising accident, fire or theft, this option provides you with a replacement vehicle for up to 7 days.
We do our best to help you pay in the most convenient fashion - this can take either of the following forms:
- A one-off payment - cash, cheque or all leading credit and debit cards.
- Spread the costs - nine monthly installments at a low interest rate, with an optional low-cost repayment protection scheme.
